Who Are We?
1 vie 2 chiens: respect, joy and complicity
My greatest happiness is to help you build a harmonious relationship with your dog, with joy, respect and kindness. Together, through fun and enriching activities, we create moments of complicity, where everyone thrives at their own pace, in good spirits... and always with a smile!
Dogs and me: Much more than a passion, a true way of life!
Dogs have always been part of my life, inspiring me and teaching me. Their behavior has always fascinated me, to the point of feeling very early the need to understand them deeply and help them thrive.
My adventure really took off the day I adopted a puppy who developed difficult behaviors. Helpless faced with traditional methods that suited neither his needs nor my values of respect and kindness, I decided to train as a cynologist at Cynopsy (www.cynopsy.fr)
Understanding the cause and meaning of canine behaviors became obvious, to better support each human-dog duo, in harmony and gentleness.
But what is a Cynologist?
A cynologist is a specialist in canine behavior and the human/dog as well as dog/dog relationship.
They are there to help owners struggling with their 4-legged companion! They decipher and explain your dog's behaviors, then offer you adapted solutions for a return to harmonious living!
Their approach is respectful and caring, they do not use coercive tools (electric collar, prong collar, choke collar...) and never employ violence in their interactions with dogs, nor any method that would go against animal welfare.
Thanks to their knowledge and especially their imagination, they will adapt and find solutions to eliminate your companion's disturbing behavior and restore a harmonious relationship between you!
Why dog activities?
Over time, I understood something essential: our dogs are intelligent, talented, created to collaborate with us. And when we meet their need for purpose through adapted activities - like cani-paddle, truffle hunting, mantrailing or rescue - everything changes.
I became a coach in dog leisure activities to reveal the full potential of each dog, to offer them the opportunity to exercise, to reveal themselves, to find calm and serenity... and above all to strengthen this unique bond they share with their human.
My Sia
My SIA is much more than just a dog to me, she is my best friend, my life partner. Adopted from a shelter at almost one year old, SIA is a Corsican dog with a difficult past.
Extremely fearful, she lived in constant fear, unable to understand or interact with the world around her.
What truly helped SIA thrive are the activities we practice at 1 vie 2 chiens. Scent activities were the first to restore her confidence, then, over time, all the activities I offer allowed SIA to develop her abilities and become the serene dog she is today.
SIA was also my greatest strength during the difficult moments of my life, especially when I was sick with cancer. Together, we overcame challenges, and it is through her journey that I draw inspiration to help other dogs reveal themselves and thrive.
